Key Points
- ERAAC reserves the right to refuse any works submitted.
- Artists may submit up to 3 pieces for exhibition.
- Artists may elect to include their submissions in the Art Fair Silent Auction.
- No art work will be sold at auction for less than the minimum bid as set by the artist.
- Proceeds from the sale will be shared between the Arts Council and the participating artist.
- The artist may choose to share 100%. 75% or 50% of the sale proceeds with the Arts Council.
- The Auction Committee reserves the right to limit the number of pieces in the auction.
- Artists whose work is not selected for exhibition and/or auction will be notified within one (1) week of submission.
- Submitted art should include the artist name, contact number and title of artwork. This information should be submitted on a separate piece of paper.
- You will receive your money within 30 days from the day of the auction.
Delivery
- Entries may be hand-delivered to the Red Ribbon Hall, 314 S. Main St. Eaton Rapids on Friday, June 27th between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
- Entries may be mailed to the ERAAC Attn: Stuart White 331 Wm. Durfee Dr. Eaton Rapids, MI 48827, but must arrive by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 26th, in order to be considered.
- Artist is responsible for shipping costs.
Unsold Artwork
- Work not sold must be picked up at Red Ribbon Hall, 314 S. Main St. Eaton Rapids, MI 48827 Monday June 30th between 10:00 a.m. and Noon. (If this time frame doesn’t work for the artist, then it is the artist’s sole responsibility to arrange for another pick up date.)
- Work not picked up by July 3, 2008 will become the property of the ERAAC.
